A perfect small wall art to complement your modern or Asian decor.
The quilt features a small panel of embellished kimonos over a geometric design of rich Asian design fabrics. The collection of beautiful Asian inspired fabrics in blacks, gold, cream, have been blended in a technique called "Convergence" by Ricky Timms. I then added the smaller panel which features several kimonos in red and gold on a black background. The small panel has been embellished with glass beads and machine quilting.
The backing is the stunning black fabric with bursting chrysanthemums in creams and golds. I have added a sleeve, using the kimono fabric, for use with a dowel or decorative rod to hang the piece. The quilt is 15.5 inches by 17 inches
